The Evergreen Inn is not very popular cause a lot of people say bad things about their rooms. So I had to check it out myself and what I saw was pretty decent. So I give it an okay rating I decided to rent a room here and it's really nice. With lots of amenities within walking distance. The laundromat is right here, you've got lots of places to eat and even a 7-eleven on the corner.
Hubby and I had a romantic night out the room was not that great but there was a lot of noise I guess they rent to homeless person because a lady keep yelling
We stayed here while waiting for our upcoming apartment to be done. The mgmt were just fine. Nice big Cal King bed and everything was clean and nice. I checked everything over. They are pet friendly so that was a major plus. Good weekly rate!
It may not be a five star hotel but the Management are really cool,, I mean Super Nice & they make us feel comfortable so they are a Five Star in our Book!! It's really close 2 alot of places as well!! We have enjoyed our stay here very much!!
